Built where agents had to run inside the building.
Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan — three markets where the data was never allowed to leave. What enterprises everywhere now specify is what we ship as standard.
We build the environment where AI agents do real work.
Densery is the agent experience platform: the map, the tools, the runtime and the proof an agent needs to join a company the way a good hire does. Our own agents run on it, and so does the AI your teams already use.
The business is not pre-revenue and not a pilot. Nine live deployments and two signed across telecom, banking & finance, insurance and manufacturing in Indonesia, Vietnam and Japan — every one of them inside the building, on the customer's own systems. The plan is to take an environment that already works in the hardest conditions into the largest markets that now ask for exactly that.
How we work.
Small senior teams that go inside the business, put the first process into production in under three weeks, and stay accountable for what the agent does. Names and CVs of the people you would work with are shared on the first call.
Inside your systems
We deploy on your hardware and inside your permissions; our engineers work in your environment.
One process first
The job that costs the most goes live first, with the write-back and the evidence on day one.
Accountable for the output
We sign up to accuracy and turnaround targets, and to what happens when the agent is wrong. That commitment is part of the contract.
Plain about the limits
Four industries, a real volume floor, a certification status we publish with dates.
How we think about agents.
An agent joins your company the way a good hire does.
Briefed
It reads the ontology before it acts: what a customer, a site, a claim or a shipment means here, and what it may read.
Equipped
It gets a curated, described menu of tools instead of a hundred endpoints and a guess.
Supervised
It runs in a sandbox, reaches your systems only through the access you grant it, and stops at the gates you set.
Accountable
Every action is classified, signed and traced, so a person can stand behind it afterwards.
Three markets, one constraint.
Every estate we run in had a legal or board-level constraint keeping the data in the building. The deployment pattern institutions everywhere are now specifying — in Jakarta, Singapore, Tokyo, New York or Frankfurt — is the one we have been shipping as standard.

We are early, and we are hiring the people who will define it.
Small team, senior people, real deployments in supervised institutions. Write to hello@densery.com with what you have shipped.
Forward-deployed engineer
You go inside a bank, an insurer or a plant and do not leave until the process is running in production — integrations, permissions, thresholds, the write-back. Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo or on site.
Ontology engineer
You sit with a BSA analyst, a claims adjuster or an estimator and write down how they decide — what makes a file complete, which mismatch is material — as typed concepts and constraints.
US commercial lead
A domain leader with a financial-institution network, to take a business that already works into the US regulated market. The first material appointment in the plan, and we say so.
Bring twenty files. We will tell you in the room.
One process first, live in under three weeks, with the evidence from day one.
