What this site collects, and what it does not.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, institution, work email, the estate and trigger you select, a preferred time window and any notes. Alongside it we record the time, the page the form was on, the country Cloudflare reports for your connection, and your browser type. Nothing else on this site identifies you.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in a database in Densery's own Cloudflare account and read by the person who runs our scoping sessions. They are not sent to a marketing platform and nobody is added to a mailing list.

What we do with it

We reply to your request. If you ask for a reference call or a security pack, we use the same details to arrange it. That is all.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files. The value calculator and the audit-trail explorer run entirely in your browser and transmit nothing.

Retention and deletion

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Write to hello@densery.com from the address you used and we delete the record and confirm.

Customer data

Documents and data processed by the Densery platform for customers are governed by each customer's contract, not by this notice. In an on-premise deployment they never leave the customer's own infrastructure. See the Trust Center →
